    I used to have a dog that had her nose in every hole I dug or plant I planted. She couldn’t get enough. I would put a worm on a stone and she would watch it all afternoon. A bucket of dirt would entertain her. I think she would see movement of some sort. who knows? I think she had a gardener’s soul. I miss her company. My dog now has zero interest in gardening. He bores of it too easily. He makes up for it in other ways. Aren’t dogs great?
