Honey bees are out in full force this week with the warm temperatures and flowers blooming. I captured these on Friday while visiting one of my favorite local nurseries, Buchanan’s Native Plants

    Superb photos. I love bees (well, not their sting, maybe) and you’ve got it with such a happy sunny yellow background.

    Wow awesome macros! Really love honeybeeyellow3..you can see the pollen collected on his little hairs, so cool!

    Jackie,
    Great pictures, I actually saw you at Buchanan’s last Friday. I was out there too during my break. I almost came up to say hello to you but hestiated, was not very sure if it was indeed you ! I liked their selection too, they also carried bag full of lady bugs that we could buy, that was pretty neat!!

    Looking fwd for more pictures.
